Notwithstanding their locations within the setback of various unbuilt and non -maintained Weld County road rights -of -way, Weld County does not have any concerns with your proposed upgrades to the towers identified as N16, N19, N21, N59, N60, and G21 on the attached maps. Weld County consents to the reduced or eliminated setbacks from the road rights -of -way at the locations of those towners. As a result, there is no need for the variance requests which you provided to Chris Gathman earlier this month.
