RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
John Golden to said board, with a term to expire December 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that John Golden be, and hereby is, appointed to the Workforce Development
Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of September, A.D., 2021.
