RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2021, the Weld County Board of Commissioners reappointed
Fred Hepner to the Board of Public Health as the At -Large Representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Fred Hepner to said board as the
Advisory Board District 6 Representative, with a term to expire May 23, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Fred Hepner be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Public Health
as the Advisory Board District 6 Representative, with a term to expire May 23, 2024.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of October, A.D., 2021.
