DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1207-19-3-MS-24
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 68, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, SECTION 19
PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SWi) :
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1207-19-3-MS-24 as
provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations)
for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SWi) of Section 19
T3N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Section 19, considering the
West Line of said Section 19 to bear N 00°14'15" W, with all other
bearings relative thereto; Thence N89°15'12"E along the South Line of
said Section 19, 1650 feet to the true point of beginning, thence
continuing N 89°15'12"E along said South Line of Section 19 938.32 feet
to the South Quarter (Si) Corner of said Section 19, thence N00°
00'32"M, along the East Line of the Southwest Quarter (SWi) of said
Section 19, 2677.67 feet to the center Corner of said Section 19,
thence S89°09'18"W along the North Line of said Southwest Quarter
(SWi) of Section 19, 949.04 feet, thence S00°14'19"E 2675.92 feet to
the True Point of Beginning, thus described tract containing 57.986
acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
Subdivision No. 1207-19-3-MS-24.; for recording

Mr. Schlieker advised the Board of Directors of Longs
Peak Water Association at its regular meeting, December 7,
1472, that he proposed to divide his property just east o£
the County Line, Weld County, Colorado into two parcels -
one, including the residence, of approximately 10 acres and
one of approximately 50 acres.
Please be advised Mr. Schlieker presently has a water
tap on the system of Longs Peak Water Association serving
the existing residence.
The Association will provide water service to the tract
of approximately 50 acres not to exceed one (1) residential
tap on the existing line of the Association and subject to
the charges, rules and regulations of the Association.
