HomeMy WebLinkAbout730787.tiff .z ny Ia- TAW d 3a RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND N0. 1307-32-3-RE-53 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUVDIVISION RANGE 65 WEST, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, SECTION 32 PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW4) : WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, and WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to' comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1307-32-3-RE-53 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado. Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows: Part ofcthe Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the South Quarter Corner (SiCor) of said Section 32, and considering the South line of said Southwest Quarter (SW4) of said Section 32 as bearing North 90°00'00" West, and with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence North 90°00'00" West, 20.00 feet along the South line of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 32 to the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing North 90°00 00" West, 754.32 feet along the South line of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 32; Thence North 00°00 00" East, 44.73 feet; Thence along a curve to the left whose radius is 1,361.00 feet and whose long chord bears North 44°21 59" East a distance of 1020.57 feet; Thence South 90°00'00" East, 40.69 feet; Thence South 00°00 00" West, 774.32 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
