KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, DAVID A.
FAGERBURG, JR. and JUNE I. FAGERBURG, of the County of Weld
c\t and State of Colorado, for the consideration of other valuable consid-
erations and Ten Dollars in hand paid, hereby sell and convey to WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO, the rights-of-way for a public highway over and
across the following real property situate in the County of Weld and

Section 24, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado and
being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the West Quarter Corner (W4 Cor) of

cNorthwest Quarter (NW-1.) of said Section 24 to bear North

The consideration herein stated is in full compensation for all
damages which would be considered and assessed in any award or
court verdict in a proceeding under the statutes of Colorado, to condemn
said strip of land for public road.
