HomeMy WebLinkAbout700365 AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN PPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF LOCATION ,SWAGE TREATMENT FACILITY - CITY OF GREELEY: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner Billings, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, be and he is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of Weld County, Colorado, a public entity established under the laws of the State of Colorado, the Application for Approval of Location for a Sewage Treatment Facility for the City of Greeley. Flow 3.0 Mgd-B.O.D. 30,000 lbs. a day. 2. Location of facility: SE4 Section 31 , Township 6N, R64 W. P.M. This site will also be utilized by the City of Greeley for a regional sewage treatment plant. 3. Location of effluent discharge: Into Lone Tree Creek, 4,000 feet north of its confluence with the South Platte River. 4. Describe and give distance downstream of water plant raw water intake or intake nearest this effluent discharge: None to our knowledge 5. Name of' watercourse into which effluent is discharged: Lone Tree Creek to the South Platte River 6. Est. bid opening date': December 15, 1970 Est. completion date: July 15, 1971 • 7.
