RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist and the terms for certain positions will soon expire
on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint and
reappoint the below representatives, with terms to expire as listed:
• Michael Palizzi: Appointment as Advisory Board District 2
Representative (Term Commences August 1, 2021, and
Expires July 31, 2024)
• Pamela Edens: Appointment as Advisory Board District 6
Representative (Term Expires July 31, 2022)
• Michael Wailes: Appointment as At -Large Representative
(Term Expires July 31, 2023)
• Skip Holland: Reappointment as Advisory Board District 5
Representative (Term Expires July 31, 2024)
• Elijah Hatch: Reappointment as At -Large Representative
(Term Expires July 31, 2024)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above listed representatives, be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed to the Planning Commission, with terms to expire as listed above.
