This petition Dame in ab ut the time the county commissioners were leaving to view another road.in that vicinity last summer so they went ahead and made the view of the road. It costs the county a good deal of money to send viewers out that distance and, therefore, they thought the matter could be viewed then inasmuch as it did not appear that anyone was likely to resist granting of rizht of way free, Before entering an order for the granting of the road , the county commissioners would like to learn whether or not there is likely to be difficulty with any land owner as to right of way. If so , it would be better to have the road reviewed and first post proper notices of view whioh were not posted prior to the view which has been made.
