Weld County awarded on -call design services Robert Shreve Architects and Planners (2019-2250). There
is a need for design services for a failed Grease Interceptor at the Jail. Robert Shreve Architects and
Planners has used the labor rates identified in their bid and quoted a lump sum of $3,500.00 for this
design scope. Buildings and Grounds is recommending approval of this task order.

Jail Grease Interceptor - Design Services - Replacement Grease Interceptor
$3,500.00
Note: Pursuant to the "Original Agreement", document No. 2019-2250 section 2.2- Additional
Task Order Work. In addition to that work described in section 2.1, the Parties may agree
to additional work to be provided by Contractor pursuant to an appropriately executed
Task Order, which shall be negotiated between the Parties on an as needed basis. Any
such Task Order shall be signed by the Weld County Director of Buildings and Grounds
before it shall be effective. In no event shall the total of all Task Orders exceed $25,000 in
any calendar year unless first approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Any
appropriately executed Task Order shall be automatically incorporated herein and
enforceable.
Scope of Task Order:
1. The project will involve providing architectural - engineering plans and specifications for
the removal of existing grease interceptor and the purchase and installation of new
grease interceptor. Complete services for the project as described in the attached
Exhibit -Task Order 1-2021.
Contractor agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached exhibit in
accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Original Agreement
between the parties.
