Bids were received and opened on April 7, 2021 for B2100081 Infoblox BloxOne and
Trinzic maintenance and support. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $42,249.63
to $54,947.43. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $42,249.63 and meets the needed functionality
documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2100081 Infoblox
BloxOne and Trinzic maintenance and support to Zivaro Inc, for a total amount of
$42,249.63.
