ADD STREETS WITHIN LEISURE LIVING
SUBDIVISON TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept certain portions of streets lying within the
Leisure Living Subdivision (NW4NE4 of Section 27, Township 1 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, said streets being
Mountain View Drive .35 mile
Long View Drive .10 mile
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

In view of the fact that the streets in Leisure Living Subdivision were
completed under a verbal agreement between the County of Weld and the
subdivider of Leisure Living, I recommend that to complete the County
Commissioners Records that the streets Mountain View Drive (.35 mile)
and Long View Place (.10 Mile) be officially accepted as part of the
Weld County Road System.

Dear Dorothy,
In answer to your question on the roads in Liesure Living (Calicott),
these roads were completed by a joint venture between the county and residences
of Liesure Living. They were billed for material costs.
The roads were added to the Weld County total for 1970 in the state report.
It would seem in view of this fact the roads have indeed been accepted by
the county though not in the usual fashion.
