I am a neighbor of Stacy der. I am writing this letter in regards to his propped Project (truck parking)
I am on the corner of Weld County Roads 53 and 70. I have no issue with the parking of his trucks in the
location mentioned in the Application Review Notification Card. The location is just east and across an
irrigation. ditch of my property. He has instructed his ernployees, driving his trucks' to not travel over 20
miles in hour and to pay attention to the stop signs on Weld Count Road. They have done so and are
very polite when driving by.

ng on County Road 53 will increase dust and noise. Currently when semistnicks
drive down the road, they shake my house and the dust is thick, lasting several minutes,
I am requesting that magaschloride be applied to County Road 53 three hundred feet in front
of my house three ties per year to mitigate the dust due to the increase in traffic.
I am not in favor of the USR. If this USR is approved, please consider mitigating the dust
on County lead 53 in front of my house.
