HomeMy WebLinkAbout730751.tiff ..f .' • RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0709- 26-3-RE95 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE65 WEST, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, SECTION 26 A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW',) WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and WHEREAS, on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado , adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and WHEREAS , the Weld County Planning Conmission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0709- 26-3-RE95 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County , Colorado . Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows : A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SWq) of Section 26 , Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado , and being more partic- ularly described as follows : Beginning at the Southwest Corner (SW Cor) of said Section 26 , and considering the West line of the Southwest Quarter (SW'a) of said Section 26 , to bear North 00°13 ' 20" East with all bearings contained herein being relative thereto ; Thence North 00°13 ' 20" East, along the West line of said Section 26 , 1592 . 02 feet; Thence South 85°14 ' 00" East , 1649 . 36 feet to the centerline of a concrete ditch; Thence along the centerline of said concrete ditch by the following three (3) bearings and distances : South 38'16 ' 37" West , 370 . 68 feet ; South 35°38 ' 08" West , 302 . 78 feet ; South 30°31 ' 17" West , 95 . 90 feet ; Thence South 87°50 ' 13" East , 40 . 33 feet ; Thence South 37°00 ' 10" West , 1099 . 28 feet to the South Line of said Section 26 ; Thence North 85°36 ' 00" West , along the South line of said Section 26 , 575 . 50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
