This Deed is made by CHARLES A. KAROWSKY. as Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF CURTIS E.
STRONG, deceased, Grantor, to R. M. HINER CONSTRUCTION CO. INC., Grantee, whose legal address is 2220 O Street,
Greeley, 80631 of the County of Weld, State of Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of the above named decedent was made and executed in the lifetime of the
decedent, and is dated February 24, 2000 , which Will was duly admitted to probate on September 5, 2000, by the District
Court in and for the County of Weld, State of Colorado, Probate No. 00 PR 296;
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of said estate on September 6, 2000, and is now
qualified and acting in said capacity.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantor by the Colorado Probate Code, Grantor does
hereby sell, convey, assign, transfer and set over unto said Grantee, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good
and valuable consideration the following described real property situate in the County of , State of Colorado:

6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado described as follows:

Quarter (SPA SE%) of said Section 36; thence North 55°15' West 102.52 feet; thence North 10°22' East 244.79
feet; thence North 7°59' East 113.88 feet; thence North 8925' East 20.17 feet; thence South 00°35' East 4I2.21
feet to the point of beginning

with all appurtenances, subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record, and subject the 1991 and subsequent years
