WHEREAS, heretofore and on May 31, 1972, by Resolution, the
Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, did enter into
an agreement with the Town of Windsor, Colorado, providing planning
services to said Town of Windsor, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Windsor, now wishes to avail itself of
such planning services for an additional three month period, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld is agreeable to enter into an agree-
ment amending same, thus providing planning services to the Town of
Windsor for an additional three month period,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the amendment to the
agreement between Weld County, Colorado, and the Town of Windsor,
Colorado, copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference be, and it hereby is approved providing for planning services
to the Town of Windsor for an additional three month period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby is,
authorized to execute the amended agreement as submitted and to make
the same effective as indicated in the amended agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of September,
1972.

ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
It is mutually agreed between the parties herein that the within
Contract be, and it is hereby extended for an additional period of three
months from August 18, 1972 to November 18, 1972, upon the same terms and
conditions as provided for herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF: the parties hereto have executed this
agreement this 20th day of September, 1972.

RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Moved by Ben Nix that the following resolution be intro-
duced for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission :
Be it therefore Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission
that the following be adopted by the Board of County Commissioners :
To extend the contract with the Town of Windsor for planning
services by the Weld County Planning office under the same
terms of the previous contract for a period of three months
to better evaluate the cost for the planning services by the
Town of Windsor .
To be recommended favorably to the Board of County Commissioners for
the following reasons :
