HomeMy WebLinkAbout730587.tiff _ otn 3S/ EXTENSION OF NEW RAYMER-STONEHAM PEST CONTROL DISTRICT EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 1977: WHEREAS, the New Raymer-Stoneham Pest Control District, was originally established by resolution dated May 10, 1967 for a period ending May 2, 1972. WHEREAS, by ballot vote, as required by law, the land- owners requested the continuance of said Pest Control District for an additional five-year period; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County that the New Raymer-Stoneham Pest Control District be and it is hereby extended for an additional five-year period ending December 31, 1977. The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote. AYES: 4 417/./Z:i Harry S.
