RELEASE OF DEMAND NOTE AND LETTER OF CREDIT
TO "MILLER 640" , JAMES H. TULL, JOHN W. BUTCHER:
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has recommended the release of
a demand note and a letter of credit now being held by Weld County,
Colorado, for the completion of certain road requirements within said
Casagrande Estates Subdivision (Part of the WZNWa of Section 17, Township
2 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado
Demand Note Dated April 19, 1972 $19,232.00
Letter of Credit - National State Bank ACCT#32-0498-7
Dated March 9, 1972 $19,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they do hereby direct the
County Clerk to release said demand note and letter of credit now being
held by the County to "Miller 640" , James H. Tull and John W. Butcher.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
This is to inform you that the roads located in Casa Grande Estates, except
Del Camino Lane located between Tracts C 8 D and Del Comundo Lane located between
Tracts A 8, B, located in the Wi of the NW* of Section 17, Township 2 North, Range
67 West of the 6th P.M. have been paved. I would reccommend at this time that
these roads be accepted by Weld County for maintenance.

Gentlemen:
In line with your resolution dated October 18, 1972, which granted
the extension for completion of the paving of all roads in Casagrande
Estates by July 1 , 1973, on behalf of the owners , the Miller "640", I
wish to indicate that the roads were completed as of June 22, 1973, and
by this letter we request your consideration for formal acceptance of
these roads for maintenance.
