DIVISION OF LAND N0. 1055-12-1-RE- 42
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 65, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, SECTION 12
PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEB):
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1055-12-1-RE-42 as
provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations)
for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter (Nei) of Section 12,
Township 4 North, Range 65 West, of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter (NECorNEe) ;
Thence South 01°11'30" East on an assumed bearing along the east line
said Northeast Quarter (NE4) a distance of 30.00 feet; Thence North
89°55'30" West parallel with the North line said Northeast Quarter
(NE's) a distance 40.00 feet to the true point of beginning; Thence
South 01°11'30" East parallel with the east line said Northeast
Quarter (Nei) a distance 558.50 feet; thence North 89°55'30" West
parallel with the north line said Northeast Quarter (NEe) a distance
278.53 feet; thence North 08°02'48" West a distance of 564.02 feet;
Thence South 89°55'30" East parallel with the north line said North-
east Quarter (NE4) a distance of 345.87 feet to the true point of
beginning, said tract of land contains 4.00 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
Subdivision No. 1055-12-1-RE-42firrecording
