VACATION AND REDEDICATION OF A PART OF
HIGHLAND HILLS
RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, SECTION 15
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they do hereby approve the Vacation and Rededication of a Part of
Highland Hills, as recommended by the Weld County Planning Commission as per their
resolution dated September 13, 1972.
Part of the North Half (N4) of Section 15, Township 5 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner (NWCor) of said Section 15, and
considering the North Line of the Northwest Quarter of the North-
west Quarter (NWINWt) of said Section 15 to bear North 88°08'30"
East, with all bearings contained herein being relative thereto:
Thence North 88°08'30" East, along the North Line of said Section
15, a distance of 1823.12 feet;
Thence South 89°57'30" East, along the North Line of ,said Section
15, a distance of 60.74 feet;
Thence South 01°27'30" East, 320.52 feet to the Northwest Corner
(NWCor) of Tract "A", said Corner being the true point of beginning;
Thence South 89°57'30" East 491.53 feet;
Thence along the arc of a circular curve to the right having a radius
of 869,94 feet and a chord that bears South 85°09'04" East, a
distance of 145.81 feet;
Thence South 13°00'40" West, 208.26 feet;
Thence South 69°43'10" West, 70.19 feet;
Thence South 41°35'30" West, 371.69 feet;
Thence South 88°32'30" West, 109.10 feet;

Dear Mr. Lorenson:
This letter is in regard to a request for vacation and re-
dedication of utility easements in Lot 4 of Tract A in
Highland Hills Subdivision for the purpose of construct-
ing an office building on it by Nelson, Haley, Patterson
and Quirk.
Home Light and Power has discussed vacation of these
easements with John Haley of Nelson, Haley, Patterson
and Quirk and we have verbally agreed to move our
facilities from the present easements with the under-
standing that they will provide other adequate easements
which will enable us to serve existing and future cus-
tomers in this area. The exact location of these new
easements will be determined after engineering plans
are finalized.
