WHEREAS, heretofore each member of the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, personally viewed, inspected
and approved or disapproved each and every voucher presented to the
County for the payment of money, and
WHEREAS, the Board is of the opinion that in lieu of the Board
physically inspecting each and every voucher thus presented for payment,
it would be in the best interests of the County to have the chief accounting
officer of Weld County personally inspect and verify each claim for the
payment of money and submit a list of such claims to the Board upon a
form officially designated and adopted by said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that until further order of the
Board Form No. M-7008, copy attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference, be, and it hereby is ordered to be the official form to be
presented to the Board for the payment of money,
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote, on the 23rd day of June, 1971.
