SCHMIDT'S ESTATES
RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, SECTION 8 SW4 PTN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights-of-way
over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public
in Schmidt's Estates, being a subdivision located in the Southwest Quarter of
Section 8, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado,
more particularly described as follows:
Lying in that part of the Southwest One Quarter (SW4)of Section 8,
Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County,
Colorado, described as: beginning at the Southwest Corner of said
Southwest One Quarter; Thence N00° 00' 00" W on an assumed bearing
along the West line of said Southwest One Quarter a distance of
2639.87 feet to the Northwest Corner of said Southwest One Quarter;
Thence S 89° 43' 50" E along the North Line of said Southwest One
Quarter a distance of 441.65 feet to a point on the Westerly R.O.W.
Line of the Union Pacific Railroad; Thence S00° 07' 40" E along said
Westerly R.O.W. Line a distance of 2639.97 feet to a point on the
South line of said Southwest One Quarter; Thence N 89° 43" 20" W
along said South Line a distance of 447.54 feet to the point of
beginning, except the West 30.00 feet thereof. Except the South
30.00 feet thereo°, Contains 26.943 acres more or less.
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
approved, provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance
of said streets, roads, and rights-of-way until they have been constructed by
the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
