TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE 3261968:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Certificate 326/1968 for the tax years
1967, 1968 and 1969 on improvements only, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to cancel said tax sale certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be
and he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate 326/1968 of
the tax years 1967, 1968 and 1969.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Sirs :
County Certificate No. 326 of the 1968 tax sale was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1967 with the 1968 and 1969 taxes
endorsed thereon on Imps only W#NEB : Sec 19 T6 R67 , and as the
Imps have been removed and are no longer being assessed, I ,
therefore, request a resolution authorizing County Treasurer
to cancel County Certificate No. 326 of the 1968 Tax Sale.
