On November 17, 2025, the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division will begin a 30-day
public comment period for Williams Front Range, LLC - Tiger Compressor Station. A
copy of this public notice is enclosed.
Thank you for assisting the division by posting a copy of this notice in your office. A
public copy of this notice is required by Colorado Air Quality Control Commission
regulations. The notice must be available for public inspection for a period of thirty
(30) days from the beginning of the public comment period. Please reference the
public notice for instructions on submitting comments.

Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to
the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: Williams Front Range, LLC
Facility: Tiger Compressor Station
Compressor Station
NWSE Section 19, Township 1 N, Range 64W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows:
Williams Front Range, LLC has requested a permit modification for the existing facility wide
permit 18WE0036 to add a new point to the permit: Point 012, a condensate tank (TK1). This tank
is comprised of one (1) 400 bbl storage vessel with a requested throughput of 75,000 bbl/yr. Site-
specific emission factors for this source were developed using a sample pulled from the bottom of
the slug catcher prior to the storage tank.
The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements
under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.0 due to
the following reason(s):
• the Division has determined that public comment is warranted because: This project is
considered a minor modification at a major source. When uncontrolled emissions increases
are greater than or equal to major modification thresholds, but a control device or
controlled emissions make the modification minor, the permit needs public comment. This
scenario is considered avoiding major modification requirements.
The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.

The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning
the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and
regulations of the commission. The division will receive and consider written public comments for
thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice. Comments may be submitted using the
following options:
