(ld2cd/ 4 4�i Cx � G6 7-7n/.7al/ 7pu/V RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND N0. 0707-21-2-RE-50 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, SECTION 21 PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NWe) : WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, enacted Senate Bill #35 asrelates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, and WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0707-21-2-RE-50 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado. Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows: A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW¢) of Section 21, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as: considering the West line NW4 said Section 21 to bear SOO° 00'57" W with all other bearings relative thereto: Beginning at a point on the West line Wit said Section 21, whence the We Corner said Section 21 bears S00°00'57" W. , 3.74 feet; thence N89°01'21" E., 1728.61 feet; N 15°18'32" E., 298.75 feet; thence N 49°41'42" W., 617.15 feet; thence N00°14'01" W., 298.63 feet; thence S 89°21'25" W., 1335.18 feet to a point on the West line NW4 said Section 21; thence S 00°00'57"W., 1000.49 feet along the West line NW4 said Section 21 to the Point of Beginning.
