ANSWER NO, My opinion is based upon the above stated question wherein the original subdivision was approved and recorded prior to the implementation of the existing regulations which now require dedication of land or in the alternative the payment of money to be utilized for park purposes. Further, in the question as posed there is no alteration of the street or road plan and no additional acreage is involved. I trust that I have satisfactorily answered your inquiry.
