TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby accept certain
portions of streets lying within the Country Estates Subdivision,
Fourth Filing, located in the SEa of Section 23 , Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, said
streets being:
Tate Avenue . 5 mile m/1
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Weld County Court House Re: Country Estates
Greeley, Colorado 3rd & 4th Filing
Gentlemen:
Regarding Tate Avenue from the South section line of
Section 23 North to the North section line of Section 23,
Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., this road
has been inspected both by myself and Mr. Foos, District
Superintendent. I will recommend that this road be accepted
into the county road system.

WHEREAS, on April 24, 1968, the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, passed a resolution adopting County Road specifications,
and
in WHEREAS, by resolution the Board approved dedication of the rights-of-way
wtthta Country Estates, a subdivision situate in the SE4 of Section 23, Township
1 North, Range 66 West, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Tate Avenue, a street within
Country Estate Subdivision, has been constructed in compliance with the Weld
County Road specifications, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has recommended that said street be
accepted and made a part of the County Road system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Tate Avenue, a street within Country Estates Subdivision,
be accepted faxxmaiRtimanas and added to the Weld County Road system
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
