RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Juvenile Community Review Board will
soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Lexi Duhring to said board as the Probation Representative, and David James to said board as
the Citizen Representative, both with terms to expire November 1, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lexi Duhring and David James, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Juvenile Community Review Board, both with terms to expire November 1, 2025.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of October, A.D., 2022.
