Dear Mr. Nader:
This law firm has provided the statutory notice to the party required to receive notice of
development applications concerning the property owned by Ms. Hulstrom and the subject of the
Change of Zone hearings identified above.
Narrative of method used to search records: We retained the firm of Zeren Land Services to
research the public records to determine who is entitled to such notice. A copy of the report, dated
November 4, 2021, is enclosed. I reviewed the Weld County Assessor's website and did not find
any mineral accounts associated with this parcel. I reviewed the recent title commitment for this
property and found no other lessees of record besides the oil and gas lease.
Enclosed are the following documents:
1. Copy of certified letter, including a vicinity map, dated November 15, 2021, advising Kerr-
McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP of the date of the public hearings, set for January 4, 2022 and
January 19, 2022.
