Dear Sir: Herewith lease. in duplicate between Union Pacific Railroad Company and the County of Weld, covering a roadway on our right of way at Wild Cat Station, each copy of which please have signed by all members of Board of County -Commissioners and attested by County Clerk with seal stamped thereon. There is also attached to this lease a resolution that • should be passed by the Commissioners at one of their regular meetings, which when done , please request the County Clerk to fill in the certifications of this resolution, returning both - copies of- agreement promptly-to-me- for-execution- on part of this-- - Company. • I - Yours truly, 1.
