MEMBER, WELD COUNTY
UTILITY COORDINATING COMMITTEE:
WHEREAS , the Weld County Utilities Coordinating
Committee shall consist of seven members as provided by
resolution dated August 19 , 1970 , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Mr. Bud Smead
be appointed to said Board to fill the vacancy of Mr . Edward
Kelly.
NOW, THEREFORE , BF IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that Mr. Bud Smead be
and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Weld County
Utilities Coordinating Committee , said term ends December 31 , 1974 .
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote :
