Removal of Condition of Approval 1.A.and change
to the legal description for USR22-0025
December 21, 2022
The applicant submitted a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA22-0035) in conjunction with this USR22-
0025 and was required to record the Lot Line Adjustment plat prior to the Board of County
Commissioner's hearing. The applicant has recorded the plat for LLA22-0035 and therefore staff
is recommending that Condition of Approval 1.A. be removed and the legal description of the
USR22-0025 be changed to:
Lot B of Lot Line Adjustment, LLA22-0035, being part of the N2S2
of Section 3, Township 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado.
