The applicant has recorded the plat for LLA22-0035 and therefore staff is recommending that Condition of Approval 1.A. be removed and the legal description of the USR22-0025 be changed to: Lot B of Lot Line Adjustment, LLA22-0035, being part of the N2S2 of Section 3, Township 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
