On legal advise of the County Attorney, Mr. Samuel S. Telep
The following motion was made by Mr. Billings that cashiers check #8342
drawn on the South Platte National Bank in the amount of $3,500.00
(Remitter Robert E. Brown) and cashiers check #1805 drawn on the
State Bank of Greeley in the amount of $255.00 (Henry Prebish) be
deposited in escrow with the Weld County Treasurer. Motion was seconded
by Mr. Ashley. Motion carried.
Said cashiers checks are held in lieu of completion of road
within the Milton Lakes Estates, First Filing. (Range 65, Township 3 North,
Sections 12 & 13 Portions)
