The City of Greeley will not require the above mentioned property to annex into the City in order
to obtain a second water service and connect to sanitary sewer at this time. At this time, the City
will require the completion of Outside Water & Sewer Service Agreements for the property. One
of the terms of these agreements requires the property owner to agree to annexation at such time
that the City requests it in the future.
