RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR PRO-TEM TO SIGN - ALLEGIANCE RANCH AND EQUINE RESCUE, INC. Funds raised are used for the direct care of rescue horses and allows us to offer services and programs to veterans and their families at no charge. Direct care of horses includes the cost of hay, which is roughly $15,000 per year, in addition to the cost of grain, supplements, regular farrier care, veterinary, and emergency care.
