ASSOCIATE MEMBER-BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TO DECEMBER 31, 1970:
WHEREAS, on May 31, 1967, Mr. Elmer L. Shultz was appointed
Associate Member of the Weld County Board of Adjustment for a term ending
May 31, 1970, and
WHEREAS, said term should, as all other appointments to this Board,
end on December 31st.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the present term of Mr. Elmer L. Shultz as
Associate Member of the Weld County Board of Adjustments be extended from
May 31, 1970 to December 31, 1970.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
