Sec. 150-5-17 UPON LANDS BEING ANNEXED TO SAID DISTRICT TO: THE BOARDS OF COUNTY CON,MISSIONERS , THE COUNTY TREASURERS, THE COUNTY ASSESSORS , AND THE ADMINISTRATORS , IF ANY, OF THE COUNTIES OF MORGAN AND WELD NOTICE is hereby given to you and each of you that the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District organized under Order of the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, in Case No. 16834 on 15th day of September, 1965 , under 1963 C .R.S . Sec. 138-1-10 , as amended, will make a levy by said District in accordance with C.R. S. 1963 Chapter 150 , in the year 1972 for the year 1973, upon lands now being petitioned within the District. Copies of the description and map of the boundaries of the territory to be annexed to said District are enclosed. Dated at Greeley, Colorado, this 27th day of April , 1972.
