To Whom It May Concern:
Noble Energy, Inc. ("Noble") is the current operator of the above -referenced well ("Well"). This Notice
of Plugging and Abandonment ("Notice") is to inform you that, based upon the existence of the conditions
consistent with an operator's obligation to protect public health, safety and welfare as mandated by both the
rules of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission ("COGCC") and the standards of good and
prudent operations, Noble has determined that the Well should be plugged and abandoned ("P&A
Operations").
Weld County, Colorado as Lessor, and Hannon & Associates, Inc., as Lessee, entered into an Oil and
Gas Lease, effective as of December 28, 2012, Reception # 3670464, covering the lands applicable to the
Well located in Township 8 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M., Section 21: NE. Pursuant to Paragraph # 18,
Lessee shall notify Lessor before commencing plug and abandon operations.
Weld County, Colorado as Lessor, and Hannon & Associates, Inc., as Lessee, entered into an Oil and
Gas Lease, effective as of December 28, 2012, Reception # 3670463, covering the lands applicable to the
Well located in Township 8 North, Range 63 West, 61h P.M., Section 21: NW. Pursuant to Paragraph # 18,
Lessee shall notify Lessor before commencing plug and abandon operations.
Weld County, Colorado as Lessor, and Noble Energy, Inc., as Lessee, entered into an Oil and Gas
Lease, effective as of December 19, 2011, Reception # 3813364, covering the lands applicable to the Well
located in Township 8 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M., Section 21: A parcel of land fifty feet (50') wide along
the South side of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4). No notice provision appears in this lease, but it is being
included on this notice as a courtesy.
The Well will be plugged and abandoned in February 2023. Please be aware that Noble estimates that
the complete P&A Operations, including, but not limited to, surface dismantling, plugging and abandonment, and
remediation will occur in multiple phases over a period of approximately 1-60 months.
