NOTICE OF RENEWAL. JUN I 1 1924

Weld County, Colorado.
Gentlemen:
You are advised that, under the terms of an option conferred
upon me by an instrument dated March 13, 1915, the conditions and
provisions of which provide for this notice and the leasing by you to the
United States of America of the northeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 6b West, of the Sixth P. M, in
Weld County, Colorado, and all rights for irrigation thereof, for the period
commencing January 1, 1915, and ending June 30, 1915, subject to renewal
thereafter and which said instrument has been duly renewed in accordance with
the terms thereof,
I hereby extend all the conditions and provisions of the said in-
strument to cover the period beginning July 1, 1924,
and ending December 31, 1924 , inclusive. The considerations, acts,
promises, agreements, and provisions to be executed and performed by
each party to the said instrument, as originally provided therein,
shall remain in full force and effect for te said extended period.
