RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Board of Adjustment will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Dr. Karl Kohlgraf, Todd Baker, and Gene Stille, to said board as Regular Members; and
Elijah Hatch to said board as an Associate Member, all with terms to expire July 31, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dr. Karl Kohlgraf, Todd Baker, Gene Stille, and Elijah Hatch, be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Board of Adjustment, all with terms to expire July 31, 2025.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of July, A.D., 2022.
