Bids were received and opened on January 5, 2022 for B2100147 Dell EMC Data
Domain Avamar. Two (2) bids were received ranging from $250,515.00 to
$350,539.05. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology out of
Englewood, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $250,515.00 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2100147 Dell EMC
Data Domain Avamar to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of $250,515.00.
