James and Commissioner Perry L. Buck not being present, and WHEREAS, notice of such meeting and an opportunity to be present has been given to the taxpayer and the Assessor of said County, with said Assessor, Brenda Dones, being present, and taxpayer, Crestone Peak Resources, LLC, c/o Civitas Resources, being represented by Martin Tschida of Moss Adams, LLP, not being present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has carefully considered the attached petition, and is fully advised in relation thereto.
