Hancock road, I wish to advise that the Board passed on the petition in this case in the regular way and the road should be opened to travel within the time pro- vided within the notice. I do not know of any reason why the lire of road granted should not now be opened for travel. Inasmuch as the road herein referred to has been regularly granted, the $15.00 that was deposited with the petition is retrrnable and you will therefor find enclosed herewith County Clerk's check for that amount.
