Good morning CTB,
Done on Time LLC, a Monitored Sobriety service provider, known as Tyler ID: 2019-2191, closed as of December 31,
2021. The provider's current agreement was set to expire on May 31, 2022. Because the provider is no longer in
business we would like the record to reflect that the Agreement is no longer in effect.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
