MEMBER, WELD COUNTY
UTILITIES COORDINATING COMMITTEE:
WHEREAS, the Weld County Utilities Coordinating
Committee shall consist of seven members as provided by
resolution dated August 19, 1970 , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Mr. Harold C.
McFate be appointed to said Board to fill the vacancy of
Mr. Myron Mauldin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mr. Harold C.
McFate be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member
of the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Committee, said
term ends December 31, 1976.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Harry:
I have recently been reassigned to the Fort Collins, Loveland area in
Larimer County with Mountain Bell. Due to
reassignment
from in
the best interest of all concerned, that I tend my resignation
the Weld County Utility Committee.
It has been my pleasure to have had the opportunity to serve Weld County
the past four and one half years as a member of this Committee.
I know numerous things have been accomplished in the past and that
through the efforts of all members, now and in the future, many sound
and just decisions will be made to further the controlled growth and
land use in Weld County.
It is our recommendation that Mr. Harold C. McFate, District Engineer,
for Mountain Bell in Greeley and Weld County, be appointed as my
successor to represent the telephone utility section on this Committee.
