WHEREAS, The Board after careful investigation of the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the Board does
hereby sign a Quit Claim Deed conveying the above described
property to the present landowners.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion

. a quasi municipal corporation, in the State of Colorado, acting through all
the members of its Board of Commissioners, being Glenn K. Billings,
Harry S. Ashley and Roy Moser, hereinafter referred to as Party of the
First Part or as Grantor; for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and
other valuable considerations in hand paid, 'hereby sells and quit claims
