Your letter of the 14th instant to the Commissioners
in regard to the Thoman road, I will say that this
road was viewed on the original petition and the
viewers were also in possession of the additional '
. petition calling for a road, which on viewing it was
found could be combined with the original and in
their report they recommend the establishment of a
road as follows:
Two miles along the South line of Section 2d
and 29 in Township 58, four miles running East anal
':;est from the Southwest corner of 22 to the South-
east corner of 19 in range 59; thence North one
mile and , South one mile between Sections 19 and 24,
thus completely surrounding section 19 by proposed
road. -
/ I think this information covers your inquiry
and shows that the road goes on the South Side and
East side of Section_ 24-12-58, but you state in
your letter 24-12-59.. a --
This in no way affects the section in the range you
name.

of Road Viewers
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a petition heretofore pre-
sented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, the said
Commissioners have appointed three Road Viewers to meet at point
named below, at _ o'clock ''° M., on the 24th day
of April , A. D., 19.2.q ., and proceed thence to view the line prayed
for in said petition, as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Joction v2, yewnship
12, r.cIn.go 09 to rim two miles east to tho northeast corner of
Section 33, Township 12, Range bD, and from the northeast corner
of 6ection Ali, ¶iowneh p tai, ,?anzo 50 ranning four miles oast to the

to the :5t to Line on ea: t section line of 'aeon= 19, Townchip 12,

and to attend to such other duties as are required of them as viewers of
said proposed road, at which lime and place all whom it may concern may,
if they see fit, appear.
