Bids were received and opened on January 5, 2022 for B2100146 Dell EMC ECS
Secondary Archival Storage. Two (2) bids were received ranging from $246,146.00 to
$388,546.04. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology out of
Englewood, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $246,146.00 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award 82100146 Dell EMC
ECS Secondary Archival Storage to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of
$246,146.00.
