Thanks for reaching out. The owner wants to rezone the property to C-3 (Business Commercial) and sell it to
Elevated Excavating for them to use it for the base of operations. Elevated Excavating currently owns the
property just north of you and they wish to expand.
The access to the property will be off of HWY 52.
