This is verification of the telephone conversations of December 10th. The following are the answers to the questions : 1. The composite film positive of Item A. 3 . a of the General Conditions is required with a resonable degree of accuracy. It is to be used as a guide in locating objects , using the topographic overlay with the Mosaic . Planimetric details will be of significant features , drainage , ditches and other related characteristics of drainage. 2 . The cross-sectional information of Item A.3 .b of the General • Conditions is required, a digitizer is necessary to be used with the plotting instrument . The Corps of Engineers will furnish a format to the Contractor so that the information will be presented in tabular form. 3 . Reference made to Item B.4. a of the Special Conditions . 1/40th will be allowed, for 10% of the points tested, of an inch measured on the publication scale. 4.
